Unitarian Universalists of the South Bay is a UU congregation serving San Diego's South Bay area, including Chula Vista, National City, Imperial Beach, and the surrounding areas.
We are an intentionally diverse congregation, welcoming people of all ages, cultures, orientations, family structures, and spiritual paths.

Today's dedication of our new campus at 970 broadway was a dream come true, a truly heartwarming celebration of many months of hard work.
The UUSBs are building a new way and they now have the place to make the rest of their dreams come to fruition.
Our work has only just begun so keep those sleeves rolled up! Keep the fire burning!

UUs of the South Bay has just taken possession of our new location!
Our first work party to prepare our new home is this Saturday, January 23. We'll be cleaning and painting starting at 9 am.

The UUA Racial and Cultural Diversity Task Force developed a report in 1997 entitled “Journey Towards Wholeness—The Next Step: From Racial and Cultural Diversity to Anti-Oppression and Anti-Racist Multiculturalism”.
The Journey Toward Wholeness (JTW) is spiritual work shaped by the anti-oppression work that is done by Unitarian Universalists in our congregations. It is embodied in how we work for justice in the world.
This Sunday we will be welcoming the JTW team from the Hillcrest campus. It’s sure to be a memorable event, don’t miss it!

I just want to thank everyone for their patience and support as we journey, toward fulfilling our dream of having a home of our own.
As it turns out we did not need to spend King's Day doing cleanup and prep work on ‘9-7-0’ after all, not this weekend anyway!
I hope the weather is more pleasant this coming weekend. We should be ready to begin the renovations this week.
